Return Policy for non-defective goods :
According to the law of the consumer protection office, a trader is not obliged to take back the goods, exchange them or issue a credit note.
The cost of returning a non-defective item is the responsibility of the customer even if the customer has already paid to have the item delivered. It is very important to keep the item to be returned in its original packaging and ready to be sold to the next customer without any use or wear.
Return Policy for Defective Goods :
The Consumer Protection Act provides that the goods purchased must be able to serve normal use for a reasonable period of time. If the goods are defective, the merchant is obliged to exchange them or have them repaired at no additional cost to the consumer, except for the cost of sending new parts or equipment.
It is important that the customer respects the following:
When you go to the store to make your request, have on hand:
the invoice;
the packaging;
any document mentioning the conditions of exchange and reimbursement of the product;
instructions for use and maintenance;
any document relating to the warranty.
This will save staff from having to do unnecessary research, which can make the return easier.
You have 14 days from the receipt of the package to return this item to us using the pre-paid label provided upon request. We will deduct from the refund an amount of $15 to cover the shipping costs associated with returning the items. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The item must be in new condition : that is, undamaged, clean, odorless, free of pet hair, and with original tags and packaging.
Additional return fees will apply if the returned item is no longer in new condition. Also, if an item is non-refundable or unfit for resale, especially when used or used, the refund will be refused.
Order error
Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packed before leaving our warehouse. However, if you notice an error or an item is missing from your order, please contact us.
Shipping costs:
Shipping charges may apply to the purchase of any product online unless there is a special mention indicating free shipping on the individual product page in question.
Free delivery is only applicable on certain products with special mention of free delivery and you can ensure the free delivery of the product in question by calling our customer service at 514-744-1818.
The shipping cost is determined based on the shipping address and the weight of the package. It will be determined at the time of placing the order.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded and we will deduct a new shipping charge to cover the cost of returning the items.
Some areas are excluded.
Most metropolitan and surrounding areas in Canada are eligible for free shipping.
Outside of these eligible free shipping areas, additional shipping charges will be applied to your cart or checkout.
Items purchased in store are not eligible for free shipping.
Time limit
For a simple refund , you have 14 days from receipt of the package to send us the item(s).
Return procedure
Any return of merchandise is subject to approval by Kasdali Sport & Leisure Inc.
Then call us back at 514-744-1818 to let us know that your email has been sent.
Insert a copy of the invoice in the box.
Coordinate the remaining return procedures with us.
Bring your package to a Canada Post office to have it shipped.
The processing time for refund can be up to 15 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to respect the return procedure and the deadlines prescribed above.
Proper and secure packaging of the item upon return is also the customer’s responsibility.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
- Open and assembled game tables.
- Items without original packaging.
- Stools and Furniture in general
- Special orders
- Products reserved in advance
- Delivery and installation costs
- Any special and personalized order
Note in extreme cases a 25% restocking fee will be required
RULES:
We offer you to pay for your orders using Paypal.
All payments are made through PayPal.
Cash on delivery:
Payment to the carrier.
However, the package must be returned by registered mail:
• In its original packaging,
• Completely intact,
• In perfect condition for resale,
• Complete (accessories, instructions) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
Any returned merchandise that is not compliant will be refused.

Deposit on a Property set aside :
The purchase of a good constitutes a contract, which is confirmed by depositing a deposit. The trader would have the right to refuse the cancellation of a deposit, obliging the consumer to respect his contract.
Pricing Policy :
All prices quoted are payable in Canadian dollars and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include applicable taxes (GST, QST, PST or HST).

Disjunction
