SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping
Shipping time begins the day after the package leaves our distribution center. Please add an additional 2-5 business days for delivery to remote areas. Additionally, delivery time is slightly longer for orders shipped to British Columbia. We are currently unable to ship outside of Canada.
Some areas are excluded. Most metropolitan and surrounding areas in Canada are eligible for free shipping. Outside of these eligible free shipping areas, additional shipping charges will be applied to your cart or checkout.
Items purchased in store are not eligible for free shipping.
Home delivery service
We offer a fixed price home delivery service for all ordered items. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 working days to arrange a delivery appointment.
Fedex standard shipping
Accessories and small furniture are delivered by standard shipping with FedEx within a maximum of 3 business days. The shipping cost is determined according to the delivery address and the weight of the package. It will be determined at the time of placing the order.
Order tracking
To track the progress of your shipment, log in to your Structube account and select the My Orders tab. For orders shipped with FedEx, please refer to your tracking number.
DELIVERY
Before receiving your goods, we ask you to confirm the dimensions of your living spaces and furniture. Please refer to the brief guide below to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly.
1) Get the dimensions of the structube furniture
The dimensions of our furniture are available online, or can be obtained from one of our sales consultants in any store. All dimensions displayed on structube.com are presented according to the following model: Width x Depth x Height, in centimeters and inches.


2)Take measurements of your your living space
To ensure efficient and safe delivery, please take care to measure the height and width of the hallways and relevant access points in your home, including stairwells and elevators, if applicable.
3) Prepare your home for delivery
Furniture and objects that may interfere with the safe and efficient delivery process, such as ceiling lights, painted pictures, rugs and doormats, etc., as well as ice or snow, must be removed as far as possible from access points and relevant living areas prior to delivery. Delivery personnel may not unpack or assemble items, modify or alter doors, baseboards, moldings, and only move items that are being delivered.
