Delivery Address:
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process. Unless otherwise stated, this address will also be the billing address. You can also request to be billed at another address by clicking in the box provided for this purpose.
Transfer of Responsibility:
Goods always travel at the customer’s own risk, who must check the good condition of the goods upon arrival of the package. In the event of a dispute or damage, it is up to the recipient to formulate justified reservations in the presence of the carrier and to renew them within 72 hours by registered letter (art. 133.3 of the French Commercial Code).
The carrier, as soon as it requests the signature of a delivery note, cannot refuse you the right to check the contents of the package. In the event of damage or forgetting of an item, indicate it as precisely as possible on the delivery note. The words “subject to unpacking” are insufficient. Also request a copy of the delivery note, in order to keep a record of your comments. If the recipient does not complete these formalities within the required time, all recourse against the carrier will be rendered impossible. The customer must also immediately notify Kasdali Sport & Leisure by mail and by telephone at 514-744-1818.

Shipping and delivery time
Please note: do not confuse shipping time with delivery time:
Shipping time: time between receipt and delivery of the order.
Delivery time: time taken by the carrier to deliver the goods.
Delivery time: time taken by the carrier to deliver the goods.
Shipping: Shipping times depend on the product and its shipping method. Unless otherwise stated in the product sheet, shipping times are as follows: Billiards with slate: any product ordered before Wednesday evening is shipped by furniture carrier on Friday of the same week. Table football and carrom: 4 days from the order date. Other products (billiards without slate and accessories): 48 to 72 hours from the order date. Only products in stock can be ordered (possibility of adding them to the basket). In the event that the product is out of stock, the availability period is indicated in the basket.
Delivery :
- By post, with So Colissimo, the delivery time in mainland France is usually 48 to 72 hours, from Monday to Saturday. (Accessories and billiard cues).
- By carrier (depending on the product chosen and the weight), the delivery time is 3 to 4 days, in mainland France, depending on the destination, from Monday to Friday, (billiards without slate and lighting).
- For billiards with slate, the delivery time is between 10 and 12 days.
For the DOM-TOM, EEC countries or outside the EEC, packages are delivered between 5 and 8 days depending on the country of destination (by priority coliposte or by carrier). Please note that this time is given as an approximation and may vary depending on events beyond our control: holidays, strikes, shutdown of means of transport, administrative decisions, bridges, end-of-year celebrations, etc.
Some areas are excluded.
Most metropolitan and surrounding areas in Canada are eligible for free shipping.
Outside of these eligible free shipping areas, additional shipping charges will be applied to your cart or checkout.
Items purchased in store are not eligible for free shipping.

Cost:
For all products that travel by mail, the contribution to shipping costs depends on the total amount of your order and your method of payment ($300 per 50km).
Baby, billiards, big packages:
The delivery cost will always be indicated on the product page by clicking on the “Delivery cost” area which will open a page giving the cost according to the area. Deliveries of small billiard tables and heavy products (baby, billiard tables with slate) are always understood to be for delivery to the ground floor (for delivery upstairs, contact us).
How do i know if my order has been shipped?
Confirmation emails: It’s simple, at each stage of your order, an email is sent to you: order confirmation, validation of your payment, and when your order is shipped.
Customer service: In addition to a shipping confirmation email, you can contact our customer service who will inform you about the progress of your order.
Online shipping tracking: You can also check the status of your order via your online customer account on our site Access your customer account To access your account, click on the following button: Then enter your username and password.
Status of your order: By clicking on the Your latest orders section, you are immediately returned to the part of the page of your customer area allowing you to consult and/or track your orders.
Why is the order status "waiting for validations"?
When ordering by Cash on Delivery, we await confirmation from you before shipping the order.

Delivery delay
If delivery exceeds the indicated times, you can request additional information from our customer service.
Are the stocks indicated reliable?
Stocks are updated every five minutes. However, it is possible that an error may occur in our stock: in this case you will be notified by email, and we will indicate the date of availability of your product.
Are the billiards delivered as sembled?
Our billiard tables, for obvious reasons of cost at the transport level, are delivered unassembled (most of the time the assembly cost would result in a doubling of the transport price). But the assembly is very simple and, depending on the billiard table, requires between 15 and 30 minutes.
Can you attach a shipping note without a price to a shipping address different from the billing address?
Yes, you just need to specify this when ordering (by clearly indicating the desired delivery address in the field provided for this purpose): a non-valued delivery note will then be attached to the order.
Can you add a message in the package if it is a gift?
Yes, this is planned at the time of order validation: you can add a message which will be sent to the recipient of the package.
